WHERE WE ARE GOING
The three components will be compatibly designed but subdivided into separate lots
as part of the entitlement process. Market rate housing will be built to the available
space allotted, affordable housing will be single family housing for the general
population and/or senior housing.
Housing will be developed at a medium to very high density. Our goal is to incorporate
public and or private land into this project, considerably reducing the cost of the land
in exchange for the community benefit of the Community Center.

offices; youth development facilities; library and gallery; health and social service
